Jeff Turner (B&D) recently co-presented a webinar on P3 housing trends for ACUHO-I (Association of College and University Housing Officers – International). He shared data and observations on how Covid-19 has impacted higher education and P3s. Unsurprisingly, the data reflects the off year that 2020 was as far as deal closings go. The presentation also looks at successes during the year, as numerous schools and projects did persevere. To that end, Turner was joined by David Clark of Emory University, Gavin Roark of Virginia Commonwealth University, and Michael Griffel of the University of Oregon.
