The full Higher Education P3 2023 “State of the Industry” report is now available for download.
The findings, from the firm’s sixth annual survey of P3 transactions focused on housing and housing-anchored mixed-use projects, focuses on deals that achieved financial close during calendar year 2022. In addition, the report highlights the creativity and flexibility exhibited from both schools and the private sector to get projects through to financial close while facing significant headwinds.
