The State of Tennessee’s Department of General Services has issued a request for qualifications (RFQ) seeking private partners for a multi-site P3 project in Nashville.
The project will involve the development of five State-owned surface parking lots in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, comprising approximately 10 acres.
According to the authority, the project presents a unique opportunity to transform underutilized land adjacent to the Capitol Campus into a “vibrant mixed-use district that serves employees, residents, visitors, and the surrounding community.”
The project will aim to deliver a balanced mix of residential, workforce housing, retail, office, hospitality, and public-serving uses.
