Brad Noyes – Executive Vice President – Mr. Noyes is co-leader of B&D’s higher education practice group and serves as a thought leader for B&D’s P3 advisory practice at the client, industry, and legislative levels. He has led teams serving more than 250 higher education clients, and has collaborated with owners on the planning and implementation of over 1 million square feet of P3 development across the country—and $2 billion of development. Jeff Turner, LEED AP – Executive Vice President – Mr. Turner is co-leader of B&D’s higher education practice group. He has a diversified program management background that includes work on over 400 assignments in almost every state in the country. Mr. Turner is an expert in P3s, with a specialty in 501(c)3 and equity deal structures.
