AKRON, OH – The University of Akron, Ohio, has released a request for qualifications (RFQ) to deliver new on-campus housing assets through a P3.
For the housing project, private partners will identify and deliver a sustainable plan to renew its housing offering and deliver new housing projects.
The project will be delivered through a design, build, finance, operate and maintain contract.
Brailsford & Dunlavey and RMF Engineering are advising the university on the deal
